The meeting/office space comes with basic AV package, including projector and screen.

Volunteers are necessary to ensure the Congress runs smoothly. All volunteers wear shirts for clear identification.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Volunteer Shirts, you will have your logo on the shirts (provided by Congress Secretariat) along with the Congress logo.

Networking opportunities are among the most important reasons delegates attend meetings. The Congress will provide complimentary coffee & tea in the Exhibition area for all attendees during the morning and afternoon breaks.

As the sponsor of a Networking Break, you will:

• Have the Charging Lounge branded with your logo or custom design
• Have the opportunity to position a custom free-standing banner in the Charging Lounge (banner supplied by Sponsor; maximum size 3’ x 5’)

Wireless internet will be available throughout the Sands Expo and Convention Centre at no charge allowing delegates to use the Congress onsite mobile app to view the programme, access presentations, or connect with other delegates and colleagues. As the exclusive sponsor of the Wireless Internet, you will:

• Have your logo displayed on all relevant signage associated with the wireless internet

The Headquarter Hotel near the venue will offer the opportunity to custom brand their hotel key cards. This is a unique opportunity to put your branding in the hands of most delegates. This item is only available to official Level sponsors.

The Registration Area at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre will be the focal point for delegates to pick up their badge and ask questions during the Congress about the Congress, the Programme, or Singapore. This item is only available to official Level sponsors.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Registration Area, you will have your logo or custom design displayed prominently.

The Onsite Mobile App will be provided to delegates free of charge and will be available for most iOS and Android mobile devices. This item is only available to official Level sponsors.

The mobile app will include the programme, the exhibit floorplan including exhibitor biographies, and general Congress, venue and local information. Timely updates about any onsite programme changes or important announcements will be sent through the app via notification alerts.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Onsite Mobile App, you will:

• Have your logo and 50-word write-up displayed in a Sponsored App Section
